Tata Sky — Customer care pathetic

Sir, This is to inform you that your customer service has become pathetic. I have a connection with Subscriber ID [protected] under the name of Vivek Shylla which I transferred to Subscriber ID [protected]. When it was under the other name I was supposed to change my STB in Delhi since I had no time there as I was moving back to Shillong so they advised me to get it replaced there. So after I moved and updated my address with your helpline number I called and asked for my STB to be replaced, that was 6 days ago. Everyday the service people are coming up with new excuses. First they are saying that there is an address mismatch, this is not possible, I am living in that address how is it a mismatch? Second, they are saying that they don't have materials for the past 4 days, how is it that they don't have one HD STB to replace? This is really frustrating for me as when the satellite problem was happening I was told that customer service is bad only now, later the customer service will be good. But I am facing the same problems. It's like as if you don't want to treat the customers of North East India properly. If you can't provide customer service then mention it, say you don't care about your customers. I was thinking of getting Tata sky HD +, I was ready to invest Rs. 8000 after the satellite problem was fixed but now looking at the kind of service you provide I just thank God that I did not take it. I will use up whatever amount I have in my account and then disconnect and deactivate all the accounts I have at home presently. Airtel DTH provides the same recording functions as you do, they also have two tuner support, so that will be better even if it's a bit expensive, their customer service is good, if not excellent at least better than Tata Sky. I am sorry but I will not recommend anyone to get Tata Sky. I hope you have a good day, because you have spoilt my last 6 days. Thank you Arun Kafley [protected] Vivek Shylla [protected]
