I have been trying your cc # for last 3 days.Your customer care executive not even has sense of place the call on hold. On all calls I have face mute not even hold average of more than 20 min, ultimately i had to drop all the calls. As i am also working with private sector with hectic daily routine.
Now today 4th day to waiting for your engg visit to check the problem.
Please confirm either if you send someone to solve the issue or i have to esclate the matter to next level .And i would quite interested to discontinue your service as they are quite painful and irritating.
