Tata Sky — Disgusting, Annoying, Horriblestttt customer service | |||
Cust id - [protected]. Yesterday I saw brand equity ranking, and TATA topped the list. It can't be true, or the reviewers never used Tata Sky DTH. Every year i renew annual subscription at the end of earlier subscription, my pains begin. It just doesn't happen. Multiple calls and all in vain, you get to talk to bunch of dumb people who take a lot of your phone time and at the end when they can't resolve they disconnect the call. Each year have to connect with CEO helpdesk, Bangalore with a nice guy who resolves it for me. Same story this year. 1. For Tata sky's indiawide problem of satellite re-positioning and signal loss, we called them and waited for 4 weeks before we took a locale help to fix. No service, but jokers deducted the money for the entire month 2. I paid for annual membership but they deduct money for semi-annual 3. They added an Active fun pack on their own wish, charging me 50/month 5-6 calls, and jokers come to listen these issues and run away. There must be consumer protection law from such arbitrary behaviour of such service providers. Was this information helpful? | |||
