Tata Sky — dish not working | |||
My subscriber number is [protected] and since last 10 days Tata Sky is not working. I am getting No Signal message. I sent them SMS but no one called back, called them but they didn't pick up my call, I dropped mail but didn't get any response. Such a pathetic service was not expected from TATA company. We have 6 Connections at Hotel the Nook and have been experiencing Signal Disturbances for the past 10 days even though we have complained about the same to M/s Rajamani Enterprises but no one has come to rectify the same and also they gave us a contact number of Mr. Muthu kumar who did the erection of the same in the initial stages. Now they are demanding Rs. 250/- to align every Dish and also they said that if we are not ready to pay, then rectification will be done on their own suitable time. We need to know about this fact.
