Tata Sky — Does not deactivate setup box on even multiple request | |||
Guys never take the connection of tata sky. I had taken 3 connections on one user id and I had to deactivate 1 connection out of it. I have been calling multiple times from a month to deactivate it and their representative says that they will give you a call and it will be deactivated with in 24 hours.It has been a month that I have been calling and they are replying the same but still it is not deactivated.Daily deduction of 10 Rs is done on that setupbox. These tatasky representative just to save their loss do not want to disconnect their services. But If I am not using it any more they should deactivate it. I will never suggest any one to take tatasky services.They are worst then ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
