Tata Sky DTH — Bad signal in some channels

Bad signal comes in National, zee news, aaj tak . we call to customer care to check the signal. customer care executive came and shift the Dth connection already where fixed. towards 1 feet on my floor.
but tata sky company had deducted 200 rupees charge in my tata sky account.
and harassed from call that if you can not pay than your connection has cut...
