First they have activated some packs without infomation and now deducting amount after repeated request to close these packages (1) Tata Sky DTH could not drop their channel packages and they have to wait for 90 days; (2) When we want to change the package, the Customer Support is not picking up; (3) Why not TRAI restrict the DTH operators to charge for a per-channel subscription instead of per-package subscription? subscription ID no.
