Tata Sky DTH — Wrong billing | |||
I shifted Dish to my new home. Dish was reloacted by us and we called the Tatasky call center to just install the dish at the new location. The charged confimred by the dish installer was Rs200.00. But after he was charged for relocation and LNB for 450.00.. Called the Tatasky call center and raised a complain for refund of Rs450.00 on my account so far they hav not reverted back. Call center keep on hold on music for 10 to 15 minutes and then disconnted... VERY BAD SERVICE... WILL NEVER advice anyone to use TATASKY...
