I have annual basic Dhamal package alongwith English News channel. Both of them recharges date around 30/10/15.
On around one month before, over phone from your call centre that Javed Akthar channel will be charged Rs.1 for ist month & if would like to continue, will be charged as per tariff. With one week I requested to your customer care to discontinue, not discontinued. After that at least four to five times I requested to your customer care to discontinue, but, not yet done. Every time I was told that within 24 hours, I will receive call from customer care. but, still I am waiting for that valuable call.

I FEEL THAT CUSTOMER CARE PERFORMANCE IS BELOW THE STANDERED OF ANY GOVT.ORGANISATION. THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE REPRESENTATIVE.
I THINK THIS COMPLAIN ALSO WILL HAVE NO RESPONSE.
