Tata Sky — Extra channel addded without conscent

Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of your tata sky d2h service . My customer ID is [protected]. But recently two extra channel namely English entertainment channel no 201 and English movie channel no 341 added to my service .Hence Rupees 50/- (fifty )has been deducted from my account . As I need not required these two channel So please adjust the said rupees to my account and my channel pack as it was. A quick and affirmative replay is awaiting.
