Tata Sky — False claims regarding no charge for upgradation | |||
My TATASky with customer ID [protected] has been not receiving signals half of the times and half of the times the setup box get restarted. I've been undergoing the same problem for past two months and after giving 100 of calls their technician turned up for only once. Moreover, they claim that they will not charge for the signal problem but their customer care executives deducted Rs 170 for the visits and the problem still remains unsolved. Highly unsatisfied with their service and going to opt for some other service like Airtel. If you cant handle the problems o[censored]pgrade please don't make fool of your customers. Will definitely post it at all public forums and claim the [protected]@ consumer court. The worst customer service I've ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
