I have registered a complain via miss call on [protected] that im not getting watch most of the channels on 5 April 2015 because of your upgrade.

My problem was not resolve but your any bastet technician don't come in my home to resolve the problem and reported on 07 April 2015 that problem has been resolved I was shoked when I saw that sms on my registered mobile number hence problem was same.
And Today is 11april 2015 and problem is same.most channels are not working.
Im sending you snapshots which sms comes on my registered mobile number.
From that snapshot You can concider that your technician are not working properly they are only making his daily announce(D.A) with the false reporting.
