Tata Sky — forcefully start of active games & active music channels

Sushma Singh <[protected]@gmail.com> Apr 21 (4 days ago) to tatasky, help My Connection was under annual vacation since 10th Feb.2014 and was relocated only in April month 2014. you have charged 200 for the relocation As per telephonic conversation you have made call on our land line telephone [protected] for the offer of active music and active games. for which you are charging Rs. 1.5 daily for minimum 3 months. when this connection was under annual vacation how we can accept this offer. and if i am trying to deactivate these channels. you r not deactivating. This is not a good act like the company of TATA. we have faith in this company but i[censored] r not in a position to deactivate these two channels. i am forced to delink with tatasky and even any brand of TATA. Tomorrow is the day of recharging my pack. please reply quickly so that i can continue the services of tatasky... SUSHMA SINGH..

I suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop the channels and reimburse the amount that has been deducted.
