Tata Sky — Fraud in accounts of tata sky unit | |||
My subscriber ID is [protected]. I nhave to recharge my account with annual mega sd pack but nobody at customer care is giving me any details. They put the call to hold evewry time i ask for nearly 15 minutes and then no body appears at phone. Also they know nothing about why the money has been deducted from my account for no reason I have statements of deduction but why it has been done npo body knows. What fraud you people are doing to customers. Please look into the matter and let me know about it soon. So that I can continue with your service OR I SHALL DECIDE TO SWITCH TO AIRTEL FOR DTH SERVICES AS YOU GUYS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
