[Resolved] Tata Sky — Harassment by Tata Sky to a loyal customer | |||
I am shocked at the treatment meted out to one of your loyal customers who have availed of your services for over 7 years I received a call from one of your executives that my mega pack was getting over on 25/09/14 and I should recharge it for 9200 to renew the pack I did the same on 26/09/14 Suddenly, around 15 days back I start getting around 3 calls in a day saying that my pack has been on monthly basis so will be soon getting over My points of concern are : 1) Why was I not told by your executive that I need to call up tata sky and get my pack activated He gave me the value of 9200 and said that my pack gets over on 25/09/14 2) When you received the amount of 9200 and did not activate my mega pack, how can you assume that I have opted for monthly pack when all throughout my association with tata sky I have opted for annual pack Assuming I was opting for monthly pack I would have paid monthly charges, why would I pay 9200 3) If you have converted my annual pack to monthly pack is it not your duty to inform me that you are doing so? I am extremely upset and disillusioned with Tata Sky and expect immediate action from their end to convert my pack to monthly pack from 26/09/14 Was this information helpful? | |||
