[Resolved] Tata Sky — Harassment due to no response from the company helpline against pending request | |||
My tata sky subscriber id no. is [protected]. I registered a request to deactivate my secondary box for multi tv connection on Tata Sky helpline no.[protected] on 17th Feb., 2016 at 10.30 a.m. However, in spite of several communications with executives of the company on the same helpline no. from morning to evening, no action has been taken and my problem remains unresolved. Not only this, a sum of Rs.7.67 on daily basis is being deducted from my tata sky account for multi tv connection which is not even transmitting any channel but the executives on the helpline say the secondary box is still active. I am FORCED to pay money and just getting nothing thus creating a lot of harassment to me. The services of the company are very pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved We got a call from tatasky and she said that i am cancelling your secondary coonection and your deducted balance will be credited and for the same i recieved message on my cellphone that your balance has been credited back. I logged on to the website and checked my account details and my secondary connection was terminated as requested. Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
