Tata Sky — HD is not working since we took HD box

I took new HD set top box. Installer made it fit before 2 weeks, but from the day we took HD box there is a signal problem. After a week HD is completely stop. We complaint at call center with the reference number# 1/3A[protected] and its been 4 days that they even didn't call back or visit. I want to register legal Complaint.
