Tata Sky — Incomplete information by the customer care | |||
I am completely dissatisfied with the information provided by the Tata sky customer care person. I requested for change in the location of my dish antenna and according to customer care it will be charged 300/- only. Customer care didn’t gave me any information about dismantle charges. 500/- has been charged from me for this. This is mistake from the customer side to not to give me full information for the same. So I request to refund 200/-Rs back to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
