Tata Sky — Incorrect service fees charged

Hi, My customer id is [protected], I have recharged my Multi TV (annually) for 2200 on dated 10 Jan but suddenly they cancelled my multi TV connection on 12 jan and charged rs 2500 without informing me and then again recharge my A/C, whereas on the time of first recharge i have being told that it is my offer price. When I raised my voice against incorrect recharge amount detection the customer care representative miss behaved with me instead of solving my issue. I want to talk to their Managers regarding this issue, If somebody can help pls contact me at[protected] Thanks

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you and settle your charges.
