Tata Sky — Incorrect Subscriber ID shown and payment wrongly made to others ID | |||
My subscriber ID is: [protected]. When messages was flashing to recharge as becoming due on[protected] I went to Urgent Message board and find that subscriber ID was shown as [protected]. Relying on this I recharged for Rs.500/- through my Axis Bank on[protected] wrongly on ID shown on the screen. My incorrect payment shows Receipt No.[protected]D13843D if that helps you to track my payment and arrange for refund it to me asap. This mistake from your end landed me to pay once again on[protected] by paying Rs.410/- on my correct ID. Surprisingly TataSky Set top box has also shown Subscriber ID as [protected]. I have preserved photos of my TV when my own subscriber ID is shown and when incorrect ID [protected] is shown in support of bug in your software. Was this information helpful? | |||
