Tata Sky — Multi tv not receiving the signal/ create problem from last week regularly | |||
My Tata sky Id no. [protected]. Multi-TV service automatically stop even recharge regularly i.e. on[protected] for Rs.3000/- From last week three to four time this problem occurred regularly. First I send SMS but no response even Rs.-3/ cut from my mobile account. Two days earlier this problem solve by your helpline representative at your end. On[protected] even i have not receiving the Signals first I send sms but problem not resolve Rs.-3/ cut from my account . Then I call to your helpline no., first representative said clean your cable's terminal if not rectify the same problem then again contact. I clean the cable terminal but problem not solve. A gain contact to second representative he said I can't help you due to his computer display not show my accounts status he suggest me call again and contact other fellow . I am very frustrated... Please restore my service as soon as possible so that protection of my service rights. Was this information helpful? | |||
