Tata Sky — My Tata Sky is not working at all. We need urgent help

Dear All My Tatasky is not working at all. I have tried to call up the numbers "[protected], [protected] & +[protected]". But all the times the numbers are very busy. It is highly frustating we were given several other numbers of tatasky but all of them are out of service. I also tried to call up the mechanic but he disconnected the call. We do still have balance in our Tatasky but inspite of the same the TV is not coming at all. And there is nobody to whom we can contact. We are highly unhappy and frustated customers. My consumer is No is "[protected]". And my contact no is "[protected]",[protected]" & "[protected]". My email ID is"[protected]@yahoo.co.in. Please do help me it is urgent.
