Tata Sky — negligence of service | |||
My consumer id is [protected]. On 22nd April 2015 I have registered a complaint that I'm unable to view some of the channels. I was being informed that on 23rd April 2015 at 11 am technician would come to resolve the problem. Since than I have called thrice to enquire when is the technician coming either call doesn't connect due to congestion or it gets disconnected. Also previously my tata sky address was of mumbai and I have got it changed to indore for more than 3 times still whenever I register a complaint they recheck my address as mumbai. Again i have to tell my address of Indore and tell them to make that my permanent address and still they send the technician at my Mumbai address. Was this information helpful? | |||
