Tata Sky — Network problem and very reluctant service | |||||
There is an issue with the network since 5 days and even on constantly calling, begging customer care people no one has comw to fix it. With constant assurance that person will come in d morning afternoon evening. After paying hefty monthly bill absolutely not satisfied. In rainy season also there is a blinking service. Plz dnt buy tata sky service. They do not need customers as they have ao many they don't care. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I also have similar proble.. From last month, they have unilaterally started charging for Active Smart Manager which I have not subscribed for and which I dont see nor interested in it. My subscriber ID is [protected]. Please reverse the excess subscription immediately.
