We got a new set top box installed for our TV. We already had one connection. Its not even a week but the set top box stopped working. In spite of calling customer care again and again, our issue is not getting resolved and they are giving bogus excuses for this delay. They have rescheduled the technician visit multiple times. I am getting the calls from technician that he will visit soon but even after 3 days of complaint nobody has come to fix the issue.
