Tata Sky — New Tata Sky Connection | |||
I bought a New Tata Sky connection (Subscriber ID: [protected]) from Compare DTH. While buying I was told that the installation will be done within one day of the online payment. When the installation didn't happen for 2 days, I called back the compare DTH guys and they told its an issue pending with the Tata SKy team and I should call the customer care. I called the Tata Sky customer care and I was told the request was put on hold as the address is incorrect. I raised a request from Pune, but the state was updated as Hanumangarh, Rajsthan. I asked the team to correct the address, but trhey said it will be done by the back end team who will call me. After waiting for another day, i got a call from backend team, who told me that this should be done by the customer care team. I again called the customer care team and got the same old response. I am fed up of the stupid and careless attitude of the Tata Sky team. I now want to cancel my connection and will switch to an Airtel DTH. Please tell me how can I get my money back. Please help.
