Tata Sky — No acknowledgement even after online recharge payment | |||||
I am s.Ram Kumar a TATASKY subscriber bearing ID no: [protected], kendriya vihar, miyapur, Hyderabad 500 049, telangana, paid subscription of may2016 rupees 415/_ online through hdfc debit card in the evening of 02.05.2016.Surprisingly no acknowledge ment from TATASKY, but money debited from my HDFC SB a/c.No response or suggestion from helpline in this regard.Not expected this with TATASKY, please rectify the issue immediately to avoid stopping the DTH services tome. .
