It has always been difficult to recharge or reactivation. we are unable to understand the reason for delay. Today I have made the payment online for reactivation and received message at our mobile phone No [protected] but even after i hour it is not reactivated and we do not know when it will be reactivated. Further, request for change of package is never taken upfront and we are compelled to pay for the channels which we do not wish to watch. Pl improve customer service.
