Tata Sky — no response for your complaint through call centre

Sir, we have 2 connection of tata sky.but, i have not been receiving the signal for mutiple channels for more than a month. even, hd channels are also not working.getting through to customer care is almost immpossible, and we have made a complaint to service help and helpline munber also for more than one and half month.every time i call up there but they say sorry for inconvenience and say will resolve the problem as soon as possible.but we have now fedup and tired for waiting there visit.i must say that now ur service has totaly gone to drain.please solve our problem or else we have to go for othe dist channel. thank u, myself AMIT.MANMOHAN.AGRAWAL pn.no.[protected] addresss.
