Tata Sky — No response on Complaint. Subscription ID: [protected] | |||
I had gone on a vacation for 20 days and had availed the "once a year subscription holiday offer" of TATA Sky where I can disconnect my subscription for a holiday period of more than 5 days. My connection was to be restored on 29th June and I had even got a message from TATA Sky on the same morning saying that my connection would be restored on 29th June. But when I reached home at night, I realised that my TATA Sky connection had absolutely no signal and so I called up the Customer Care no. They assured me that the problem would be resolved by 10 am next morning. It is already 5.40 pm and I have made repeated calls to TATA Sky throughout the day but nobody had any update to give. All that the Customer Care Executives could give were false promises that I would get an update in the next 1-2 hrs. It is very shameful that a premium DTH provider like TATA Sky could not even bother to give a call back to its premium customer. They claim to be the fastest service provider and that everything happens within the same day of complaint. Their advertisements are misleading. They also charge a premium for their services and do not even bother to give a call back. Request the matter to be looked into. Was this information helpful? | |||
