Tata Sky — No Service & Charges Deduction | |||||
Approx monthly charges I am paying = Rs 660 i.e. for viewing 30 days of TATA SKY, I am paying Rs 600. This means approx Rs 22 per day. Approx. days we have issues with Channels Service = min. 4 days/month Approx. days, customer care take to resolve = min. 4 days/month i.e. total approx 8 days, we are not getting service i.e. 8 * 22 = Rs 176 per month we are just investing in not viewing channels and waiting for technical person. On top of that, whenever I call customer care, I am told that Rs 170 would be charged for technical person visit..!! Questions: 1. If there is any problem within the home, that's ok. But if no issues created by customer, then why customer should pay? 2. I am paying for viewing channels full month. Now if I am not getting service and that too without my fault, then also why customer to pay ? 3. I have already escalated the issue earlier and was told that this will now not happen again. But thanks to TATA Customer Care knowledgeable people, same thing happening again..!! Let me know the details in written with the reasons. Customer care is to help customer and care for customers however it feels like they are just manual cassettes that speaks the recorded things only..!! Hope after this mail, this customer would be cared and problems would be resolved..!! I have recording of my conversations...if required, can show the concerned person.
