I have no signal issue since more than a month. First complain I lodged on 14th may 2015, after quite a few days technician came and made it all right but again after few days the problem appeared and I d lodged a complaint ( 8th April, NS[protected] . After 4/5 days of that I got a call from technician and fixed a time and date for service…no body came for the service.
I lodged a complaint again on 21st April ( NS[protected], had an online chat on yesterday after trial of several hours but not yet received a call for service. In the mean time my service has been deactivated…
My complains are..
1) The no Signal Issue since more than a month and they are very much aware about this though why they are charging for the service?
2) Almost no help line, after trial for several hours i could chat with help line on 22nd April.
3) When they know that they are unable to give service why they don't stop for repeated reminder for the payment and service deactivation etc..
