As your company is showing that you are upgrading your services, so some of the sep top boxes may not have signals for few channels. My set top box is facing the same problem for last three days. I have given a missed call to the said number and received a messege that my work order no is[protected] on 02/04/2015. But till date my problem has not be solved. everyday I receive a msg that technician will contact me but they dont. Now what to do...????
