Dear Tatasky Team, We are using tatasky service more then 5 years. Now a days its services are getting day by day worst. We have been facing same issue of no signal. Currently from last 3 days all marathi entertainment as well as marathi news channels are shows NO SIGNAL, we are unable to view them, not getting proper response from customer care, and after holding call till 17 Min. Same answer is replied by Customer team, "Engineer will call you soon and visit as soon as possible". I tried to contact Customer care and lodged complaint But i am receiving only assurance on SMS.Neither any engineer has called up nor problem is rectified. Even there is no time line of resolution of this problem. If you can not address the problems of customers then there is no point in keeping the connection. When there is a delay of even one day for the payment from customer end, you shoot message and block the signal but when we are having problem you are just giving assurance on SMS without actually working on it. Every time i need to lodge a compliant & need to call plenty of time at customer care, but none of them able to resolve my problem regarding service. Even after writing to customer care, no response from tata sky.It has been 3 days now after registering complaint.No representative has visited us home to resolve the problem as they promised to do within 24 hours from registering the complaint. I tis highly disappointing and frustrating.
Complaint was registered on 3rd of April, 2015.(Mail proof attached as photo).No representatives/technicians has contacted or approached us so far on this regard.
is it possible to get compensation for this issue from tata sky?
I already raised request 3 days back for no signal, till now no one has visited in order to resolve the issue, i also tried so many time to reach customer care but like waiting in queue for forever. the signal problem that have shown in tata sky home page is not generic because my neighbours is also having tatasky and they are not facing this problem and any of the other friends that i know. so why it is happening for me and it also happened last month also. can you please take a quick action on it.chat system is also fake, they programed like you are in queue and your waiting number is 97 then it started reducing and when it reached to 1 and my turn after long time message came we are offline. so totaly making fool to customer.
From past 15 days we are having NO SIGNAL issue & everytime TATA SKY service person comes Rs.170 gets deducted & he tells us that we need to change the DISH which has no problem. We are tired of this kind of this service from TATA SKY.

I am facing no signal issue on my tata sky set top box. This problem is from the last 15 days.

I have registered the complaint but till date nobody has resolved it.

We are the so called premium customer of tata sky. We are facing problems of no signal since last one month but the only thing i get to hear that they are updating their system.
Technicians visit and do nothing about it.

I am tierd of complaining but nothing is being done about it. They say they are not able to understand the problem.

No signal issue is from 02/04/2015 to till date.

Dear Sir /Madam,

I am facing "no signal" issue since 2nd April 2015 or which I logged complaint with customer care on 3rd April and they said that its the problem from their end which will be resolved automatically. But this didn't resolved and daily for 13 days I used to call the customer care and they used to say that your request is taken on priority and our technician will contact but on 13April to my surprise my call was closed without any intimation as to why its closed. When called helpdesk they told me that my address was entered incorrect to which only the pincode last letter was incorrect (instead of 411057 it was 411058). This was corrected on 13April and new complain was logged again same thing happen no technician visited or called, then I raised relocation request on 23April to which the technician visited the very next day, he didnt relocated my dish he just resolved the "no signal issue"which was the issue from TATA sky end and for this TATA sky charged me 200Rs. Also they told me that I will get full refund of amount for which I was not able to view the services. To which they gave me only 15 days refund whereas its 24 days.
Please look into the matter as they are not helping in this regards.

Despite numerous calls and promises of visit by technician still not resolved. What is going on? I am getting sick to death of the empty promises even from supervisors. Sort my damn signal issue asap. Useless, incompetent, lacking honesty and integrity, fly by night charlatans and diabolical are some of the words that come to mind of the TATASKY brand. Sort it out.
I unable to watch any channels from two weeks due to No Signal indication. I already rised coplaints three times. but there is no use. My problems till now not solved. I hope this may help me to solve my no signal issues.

HI, I am unable to view service from 02/04//2015 to till date.

I have registered a complaint for No Signal issue on Mar 12 and till now no one has contacted me regarding the technician visit. I have followed up Tatasky nearly 20 times but simply saying they are working on Priority basis and already fix the appointed. This is such a painful service and I seriously dont understand why till now no one has taken action against them. Please look into this issue asap.
Since last 4 days there is no signal and have filed complaint 3 times and called customer support more than 10 times still there is no response and resolution of my problem.

MY SUBSCRIBER ID IS [protected].I WANT TO CHANGE MY PLAN TO RS 190 SOUTH PLAN .BUT IT DOES NOT CHANGE FROM ONLINE AND FROM CUSTMER CARE NUMBER.
