Tata Sky — No Signal issue unresolved even after 10 days of complaint | |||
I made a complaint on 11th April regarding the no signal issue. I received a text message saying that a TATA Sky Engineer will resolve this issue shortly. I complained again on 15th to receive the same message. i lodged a complaint through email to the customer care on 15th April. In spite of the repeated calls and complaints, no action has been taken till date. This is atrocious considering the high charges we are paying every month to view the channels.
