[Resolved] Tata Sky — NO SIGNAL MESSAGE AT [protected]--HIGHLY UNSCROUPLOUS RESPONSE | |||
TATA SKY SUBSCRIBER ID[protected] Mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in.Since Morning six o clock, no signal message is appearing on screen. On IVRS, higly unscrupulous response with unbearale wait time.. and the respondant says that I have to pay 150/- to the technician for checking this fault. It is a regular business been made by a so called reputed group called TATA, for every complaint being put is the charges of Rs. 150/- Is the custuomer at fault if the signal is not coming!!!. The day the set top box was changed of MPEG-4, only red and blue picture is appearing. It is a cheat and fraud in the name of TATA, The undersigned wish to have the technician at the earliest at my Hyderabad address, I will pay NO money for tjhis unscrupulous standards.. Failing the action by today the matter would be addressed by Consumer Court and in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs--Jago Grahak Jago helpline.. Regards, S.P.
