Tata Sky — No Signal Problem from TataSky Set Top Box

My TataSky ID is [protected]. From today morning i.e. 24/06/2015, I have been getting the problem of 'no signal' from TataSky. When I called the customer care service, I heard a pre-programmed message regarding problems on cloudy weather, and that they are doing the best they can to resolve this issue quickly. However, other people in the building are getting the reception from TataSky. I am not able to reach any agent from TataSky on their caller helplines.
