Tata Sky — No signal problem last 8 day but balance was dedicated | |
Respected Sir/Madam,
I have 2 Tata Sky connection ([protected] & [protected]) unable to see single program last 8 day.
I call Tata sky customer care center 3 to 4 time they give me TAT every time 12hrs 24hrs 48hrs but not give me resolution.
Big problem is without see any program my balance willdeducted & yesterday 14-Apr-15 I received SMS is that your Tata sky was deactivated ([protected]).
Today I was call Mumbai head office & talk with DM[protected]. She told with in 48 hrs your issue will resolved I was told if issue is not resolved in 48 hrs
What I will do she told me what can I do I ask give me mail she not give me mail also.
So requested to you please help me about this.
