Tata Sky — No signal since last 4 days..no response from customer care....wrost service provider

My ID number is [protected].I have been facing no signal problem from past 4 days...I called customer care but they told me technician will call you, take an appointment, He will solve your problem.but yet no one call me.I registered my complaint many times but no reply from other side.I thought Tata sky service was good.But it is wrost.Please solve my problem otherwise I have to look for other option.In case of recharging and value added services your response is quick..your agents always forcing us to take special packs and all.for solving problems free of cost your response is bad
