Tata Sky — No signal since last three days. No action has been taken even after complaining 6-7 times | |||||
Hi, I am having a tata sky connection(Id [protected]). It is not working since last three days. I have complained like 6-7 times since yesterday. But no action has been taken. every time I am being assured to get a callback from the technician within two hours but I haven't got any in last 30 hours. Every time I ask customer care executive to transfer my call to the senior member, they put my call on hold nut never transfer it to I am really dissatisfied with the service you are providing.
