Tata Sky — No signals are receiving | |||
My customer id is [protected]. My TV is not receiving signals due to disc dislocation. I requested the customer care to send some technician for correcting the location of disc. I have been allocated a complaint No WO:JUIUCHO with an information that the tatasky installer was scheduled to visit my residence between 6.00 PM to 6.55 PM. However, i received a SMS from your side at 6.45 PM informing therein that our complaint has been put on hold. I have been told to call at[protected] & that fellow gave me another number[protected].This fellow of your company at second phone number told me that the complaint shall be addressed tomorrow. I am sorry to the state of affairs at your company and the way the customers are being harassed for such a small issue. Please get it corrected immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
