I have been facing a problem for no signal for two channels from friday. Ur man has visited me everyday and each one said i would have to do different things. Like change camera, change wire etc. On sunday ur man visited again and he has cut the line and from then on there has been no transmission at all. I asked him to come bk n fix it bcos of the match he sd he wud but no one came. And from monday onwards i have been getting messages that your man will b coming and rectifying the problem but no one has come till date n i have made innumerable calls n they tell me my complaint is cancelled as there is renovation work going on. If there was renovation work going on how was i able to view the tv? Your man didn't know his job n he cut off my transmission. I have been following up whole day today n i am getting the same answer renovation work is going on and the work order is cancelled. Spoken to the seniors too but they too were nt able to help. Can anyone tell me why? Is this the kind of service ull provide to privilege customers.
