Tata Sky — No way to register complaint, hd is not working for 3 days.

I have a tatasky hd dth. it is not working for 3 days. Tried on customer support phone numbers and lost more than 100 rupees but no way to reach customer support person. all i am hearing is automated marketting message by using my telephone bill. Planning to again go for another provider.
