Tata Sky — Non recharge of top up

I had ordered new connection of tata sky thru compare dth on 12/11/13 . I had ordered for dhamal mix pack with new connection costing Rs. 3700.00. Same time also asked for top up of english entertainment pack at Rs 770. my services started on 13/11/14/ but without the english top up . I hav payed Rs 4470 thru BOI debit card. My id is[protected]. The local vendor and Tata Sky helpline say that they are unable to do anything as I hav booked thru u. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. contact [protected]
