Tata Sky — NoN Viewing few channels

I'm not getting several channels and what I'm getting is not clear. Too much of static on the displaying channels. I've already lodged a complain against it but no action has been taken yet. My customer ID is [protected]. Request you to please look into it and provide a solution. Thanks, Sunish
