Tata Sky — Non Working HD Set Top Box | |||
Dear Sir, I am a premier TATA Sky customer having connection number [protected] for the last 9 years. In last 10 days I have lodged complaint 3 times with Tata Sky help desk regarding my set top box problem but no Engineer has bothered to visit & inspect the set. Even the SMS that usually follows the formal complaint with complaint details is missing these days. The only stock answer you get these days is that upgrading is taking place but no one cares to know the exact problem. It is very frustrating to see the company slip so badly in performance.
