Tata Sky — Not able to see channels from one week

Dear sir/Madam, We are not able to see the channels from last one week even there is a balance in our ID. Today I called your customer care and they told I should call after 30 minutes and spoke harshly. Please consider this complaint and resolve the issue as early as possible so that we could watch channels. Regards, Raju Mogaveera
