[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not cancelling subscription and not resolving the technical problem

Since last 3 months, around 20-25 calls made to Tatar sky. Till date they did not resolve the issue. They are also not willing to cancel the subscription. They charged for remote twice (Rs. 250/- in cash and Rs. 175 deducted from my balance for supplying one remote. They charged 500 for set top box. I am paying subscription amount without watching TV.
THEIR APPROACH TO MY PROBLEM IS LETAHRGIC AND HOPELESS. I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION TO BE CANCELLED AND FULL AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED. ADDITIONALLY I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR THE MENTAL STRESS I FACED DUE TO THEIR NON-ACTION.
