Tata Sky — Not geting HD Channel

My ID No.[protected], I have paid one year subcription through M/S Shah Enterprice on 04/05/14 of Rs.7520/-that includes HD channel but I am not getting HD channels though I paid for it, I want to know where the problem is? I have doubt that your this authorise dealer m/s.Shah Enterprice might have not forwarded my subcription to you.I have paid this by cheque.So pl.look in this matter & statrt my HD channel.
