Tata Sky — NOT GETTING FIRST MONTH FREE CHANNELS

10 days before i took the tata sky connection. at that time local delear said that i will get the free channels along with this pack for first month. But till now i did not get that channels.. Im complaining local tata sky people but no proper response from them and they telling we solved it as soon as possible. I dont want to hear the same story again and again.. alomost 10 day gone. I need the channels. If you unable to solve my issue i dont have any other choice then i will look into another DTH provider. So Please help my issue resolved at the earliest.
